ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days from order date.

We ship from our international fulfillment partners using trusted carriers including USPS, DHL eCommerce, and YunExpress. Tracking numbers are provided via email within 1-3 business days after order placement.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES 

All applicable customs duties and taxes are prepaid. There are no additional fees due upon delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 20+ business days) or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@senseguardpro.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace your order at no cost.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will work with you to resolve any delivery concerns.
