REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SenseGuard Pro purchase. Below is everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

100-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We stand behind our product with one of the strongest guarantees in the industry — if you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned more than 100 days after delivery

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Email us at support@senseguardpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to the address we provide.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing time varies)
3. Contact your bank
